Train

TRAIN is an interval-based circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12-round fight. The TRAIN circuit will incorporate a mix of cardio, strength training and boxing using stations such as suspension, rowers, bikes, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, boxing bags and more.

CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Bags

BAGS is an interval-based heavy bag class focused on teaching you boxing combinations combined with bodyweight exercises to build the upper and lower body conditioning required for a 12-round fight.

CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Road

ROAD is an interval-based treadmill class focused on building endurance and explosiveness to endure a 12-round fight. ROAD stations include treadmills and decks.

Mitts

MITTS is a small group, drill-based technique class focused on teaching you proper boxing technique, shadowboxing and pad work. MITTS classes are taught by certified USA Boxing coaches, competitive amateur boxers and professional boxers.

CLASS DETAILS: 30 minute class. 6 Rounds. Gloves and wraps required. All levels welcome. Members Only Class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Recover

RECOVER is a mind-body reboot. Stretch, roll, and breathe in a small format class focusing on trigger point therapy. This class is ideal for recovery days or in combination with a high intensity class.

CLASS DETAILS: 30 minute class. 6 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Mats and
Mobility Tools provided. Maximum of 20 people per class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Open Gym

Open Gym provides open access to the facility for your own workout. All rooms not in class session are accessible. Non-members can sign up for Open Gym as a class.
