Overview

This quick, 15-minute speed workout starts with a short warm up, followed by three 3-minute rounds. In Round 1, you'll progressively add speed. In Round 2, you'll have longer, 90s pushes. In Round 3, you'll finish up with short, 20s sprint intervals.

What You'll Need

This is a treadmill workout, but you can adapt it to the outdoors.
