Overview
This quick, 15-minute speed workout starts with a short warm up, followed by three 3-minute rounds. In Round 1, you'll progressively add speed. In Round 2, you'll have longer, 90s pushes. In Round 3, you'll finish up with short, 20s sprint intervals.
