Post-Workout Morning Smoothie

Total Time: 5 Minutes


1 cup frozen berries

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite- coconut, oat, cashew, etc)

1/2 cup cold brew (give you that early AM kick!)

1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 handful spinach

Optional: Chia seeds (add after blending)

Optional: Cinnamon

I like to add a scoop of Amazing Greens Clean Greens

Add all ingredients, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
