Chickpea Cookie Dough
Total Time: 10 Minutes
1 can of chickpeas
Pinch of salt
Sweetener, such as agave or maple syrup, to taste (~1-2 tbsp)
~1/2 cup nut butter
~1/4 cup tahini (optional; use a little more nut butter if you don’t have tahini)
Splash of vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Optional: Dates, Oats
1. Put all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add liquid if dry, such as a splash of milk.
4. Mix in chocolate chips.
5. Serve with apples, bananas or eat by the spoonful!
6. Add oats for a thicker, cookie dough consistency
