TRAIN

TRAIN is a circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12-round fight. The TRAIN circuit will incorporate cardio, strength and boxing rounds using stations such as suspension, rowers, bikes, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, boxing bags and more. Some TRAIN classes do not include boxing. 

CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps required, except for Strength and Cardio Classes. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. 

 

TRAIN | strength 

TRAIN is a circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12-round fight. The TRAIN | strength circuit includes 10-12 rounds of strength-based movements using kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension, resistance bands and more. 

CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. 

 

TRAIN | cardio

TRAIN is a circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness required for a 12-round fight. The TRAIN | cardio circuit includes 10-12 rounds of cardio-based movements using rowers, bikes, battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and more.

CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
