Ingredients

2 cans of Wild Albacore Tuna (I use Wild Planet)

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/2 red apple, chopped

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (plain)

1 tablespoon pickle juice (or water)

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon cumin

Salt & pepper to taste (optional)
